DARE Training Facts

The DOT format will include:

• DARE K-4 Program
• Elementary Core Curriculum
• The elementary curriculum is nine instructional blocks in length
• keepin' it REAL Middle School Curriculum
• The DARE Middle School Curriculum is taught at the 7th or 8th grade level and contains an instructional block of ten lessons
• DARE SRO Certification
• The school resource officers (SRO) certification covers basic SRO topics
